Hey everybody. Welcome to another Future TV episode. I am Chris Brandt and I am gonna take today's episode to kind of give you an update on where I have been. Um, future TV has not been producing as many episodes this year as, uh, have typically done in the past. And that is because one last year, end of last year, I started a new job. My, my day job has, has been very busy surprise. This, um, this podcasting thing doesn't pay all the bills. Um, but uh, also at the end of last year, I started working on. Other podcasts that I have been doing, which has been really exciting. Um, so I just want to give you a little, uh, flavor of what's been going on besides me. Um, you know, working hard and, you know, I, in my very little free time obsessively. Building guitar pedals, but that's a whole nother thing. At the end of last year, I started working with, uh, a company called mission.org that has a network of shows, uh, that they, they put on. And I, uh, became the host, uh, the new host of their IT visionaries podcast, a new voice for IT visionaries. His name is Chris Brand. He's done some crazy stuff. He's built EMP shielded data centers under mountains, believe it or not. 225. Feet of mountain is not enough. It's not enough. The shield cue shocking from EMP and in the movies, if I have an EMP gun, I can turn off anything that runs on electricity that's in the movies. Well, and and it's not, it's not too far off. We're entering a world right now where we're kind of running out of power, you know, especially with this AI revolution that's happening so fast. I was just reading about how inability to make transformers fast enough is now the biggest. Bottleneck. And so like, this is like the ultimate constraint factor. There's that AI revolution to save us from the mundane tasks, right? We, we see all these image generation and creative writing tools coming out for ai, and that was the stuff that we're supposed to be doing, but it seems like now Theis are doing the fun stuff and we're doing the busy work. It, it's a complicated process to use in ai effectively. Chris, for yourself, what made you start wanting to interview these different people? The first three episodes are out and alive right now, and I'll put some links to that in the notes. And then, uh, I also am doing another show for them called The Fleet. Um, so it visionaries speaks with. Folks who are, are doing interesting and cool things in technology, which, you know, is right up my alley. And the fleet talks about technology as it applies to fleets. I'm really interested in transportation and all the issues that relate to transportation, clean transportation and things like that too. So like, you know, personal EVs and all that I've done on, on future tv. Um, and this gives a chance to, to. Talk to a, a broader audience of, uh, folks doing some cool things, and we're shooting a lot of those episodes right now, so get ready to, to see those soon. So they're coming out and they're gonna be great. If you remember Ish from the early days of Future tv, he was my co-host on here and, uh. Sun dish left, uh, to go work on another project called Future Connect Building the, the tools that you need, uh, in, in business to, you know, sell, sell products, sell, sell the vision, sell all, all the tools that you need to make that happen. And, and, and for companies to make that direct connection to their end buyer. And the focus right now for, uh, future Connect is artificial intelligence. And then there's gonna be some cybersecurity stuff coming up. Uh, in the future, and that, again, is right up my alley and we've done several episodes of that. There's gonna be more rolling out as we we go forward. We've got a, a bunch of guests lined up for that show as well, so that's gonna be really exciting. So, um. Just because I haven't been here on, uh, future tv, um, I have been out there, um, making a lot of interesting content, having some great interviews with a lot of really cool people, which, you know, is my favorite thing to do. So I would love for you to just, if you can. Give them, uh, give 'em a, a look. Uh, take a look at those. Um, you can pop over to mission.org and, and look for the fleet and for it visionaries. Or you can just go and search for those on YouTube and I'll put links to that. And then you can go, uh, to, uh, look for future Connect on YouTube. That's a great place to take a look at those episodes as well. And as well, uh, future TV is still going strong. I, um. Have been slow getting episodes out, but I'm starting to book some more guests. If you guys don't know, uh, future tv I do everything for, I, I, you know, do the interviews. I book the guests, I do the promotion, I edit the videos. I do all of that. Um, what's really amazing is like for the mission, um, episodes, there's a whole team of people and it's so amazing working with the folks at Mission. They, uh, really, really do a great job with the videos. One. Um, and, and two, you know, they're having a team of people to bounce things off of and, and take some of the load off is just. Such a pleasure and, uh, I can't even, uh, ex express that to you. And same thing is true with Future Connect. I've got a team of people who are, are working on the, the episodes and that's just been really, uh, really fantastic. Um, so I would encourage you to, to check'em out if you like this kind of content. There's a lot of cool stuff happening over there. Um, if you are interested in sponsoring shows, you know, that's. That's an option as well on that side of things too. Um, and maybe even future tv. I don't know. I, I haven't, haven't really, uh, monetized this channel ever, but, you know, maybe that's something I should do. Give 'em a look. I am really happy with, uh, you know, what we've done so far. It's, it's been been really great stuff. More folks to, to work with and, and bounce things off of. And so that's just gonna make. All the different podcasts that I'm doing here, um, more, more exciting. Um, so check those out and, uh, look forward to more, uh, future TV episodes coming up soon. Like I said, I got some great guests, uh, lining up right now and, uh, it's gonna start producing those soon, so I will see you. In the next video, I hope you, uh, you, you continue to watch. It's been great. The, uh, the, just the, the audience that's, that's helped us get this far. Um, and, uh, I, I really appreciate it. Like, subscribe, um, and share, share, share this content with, with a friend that, that helps engage with the content. That also helps, uh, leave comments, things like that. That's always great. I will see you on future tv. And the fleet and it visionaries and the what The Future podcast for Future Connect. And, uh, if you, if you didn't get enough of me, then you can come back and, and look at more of the future TV stuff that's coming up. See you next time.
